We purchased an AUDI A4 from MPM in July 2024 with all the necessary warranties.
A few days after picking it up, we noticed a chip on the front windshield. To avoid any unpleasant inconveniences, we took the car to an authorized glass repair shop, but they told us they couldn't do anything because the glass had already been repaired several times. When we returned to MPM, they told us they couldn't do anything unless the windshield was broken in that exact spot. We decided to let it go.
In June 2025, while returning from a trip to Lecce on the Irpinia highway (a complete desert), the clutch pump suddenly gave out, causing the car to spiral out of control! There were five of us on board, including two girls aged 14 and 7.
Luckily, we reached a service station and called for help. We notified MPM, who replied that it wasn't their problem and there was nothing they could do. Car repaired for a total of €3,000 + the cost of the rental car that allowed us to get home!
October 2025, another breakdown: the water pump failed. Car repaired for a price of €450.
When we purchased it from the dealership, they were very accommodating, and subsequently, they had no qualms about literally leaving us stranded.
In our experience, think about this before making any purchase decisions.
